I wanted to write to thank you for helping us refinance our home to a significantly lower rate.  While I really appreciate your efforts, I want to specifically mention that your team is hands down the best customer service team I've  ever worked with.  For better than 2 decades I've held USAA (the insurance company) up as the model for customer service.  I don't have 23 years of experience with you and your team, but the experience could not have gone better.  Everyone operates as part of a well oiled machine and made the experience as pleasurable as it could be and easy.  The responsiveness, knowledge, and attention that we were shown was as good as it can get.

Once again, thanks for everything. We don't plan to move and I don't think that rates are going to come down much, but I will use you in the future and pass you name along to many others.
